Polyester acoustic absorption foam from Jiadian: 25, 50, 75 and 100mm thick, 2000–4100gsm, NRC 0.85–1.0, in white, black and grey.
Jiadian polyester acoustic absorption foam is a thick sound absorbing material made from polyester (PET) fiber. It is not polyurethane foam: it is a fiber board made from the same polyester fiber family as our PET acoustic panels.
It comes in 25mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm thicknesses, each in several densities from 2000gsm to 4100gsm, with an NRC of 0.85 to 1.0. Standard sizes are 600 x 1200mm and 1220 x 2440mm, in white, black or grey.

Thicker material absorbs more sound, especially at lower frequencies where thin panels are less effective. Our polyester acoustic absorption foam reaches an NRC of 0.85 to 1.0, depending on thickness and density. Contact us for the test data of the thickness and density you plan to use.
The 25mm, 2100gsm version is classified B-s2,d2 to EN 13501-1. B is the reaction to fire class, s2 is the smoke production class and d2 is the flaming droplets class. For other thicknesses and densities, or for projects that need a specific rating, contact us before you order.

If the panel will be seen in the room and needs a color, CNC pattern or grooves, choose our 9mm, 12mm or 24mm PET acoustic panels. If you need more sound absorption from a thicker layer, choose the absorption foam.
