Yes. A4 samples and color cards are free. We cover the cost of the samples, and the customer pays the shipping cost.
Samples are usually sent out in about 2 days.
Tell us the thickness and colors you are interested in, and any processing you plan to use, such as V-grooving or CNC cutting, UV printing or fabric wrapping. Browse our Color Catalog to choose colors before you request samples.
We accept T/T (bank transfer).
The deposit depends on the order. Please ask our sales team for the payment terms of your order.
We ship by sea or by air. Sea freight suits larger orders, while air freight is faster for small or urgent shipments.
Sea shipments leave from Shanghai port. Our factory is in Changshu, Jiangsu, near Shanghai.
Panels are packed in cartons, and pallets are available on request.

Standard 9mm and 12mm panels in stock: about 10 days. Custom orders: about 14 days. 24mm panels are made to order and take about 14 days. Our team will confirm the lead time with your quote.
We usually quote EXW (from our factory) or FOB Shanghai. For other terms, such as CIF or DDP, please discuss with our sales team.
