What products do you manufacture?

We manufacture PET acoustic panels made from 100% polyester fiber, containing at least 75% recycled PET. Designed to absorb sound, reduce reverberation and improve acoustic comfort, our panels are widely used as acoustic wall panels, ceiling panels, office furniture components and other interior acoustic solutions.

What sizes and thicknesses are available?

Our standard PET acoustic panels are available in 9 mm, 12 mm and 24 mm thicknesses, with 2440 × 1220 mm as a commonly available panel size. Custom sizes, thicknesses and densities can be produced according to project requirements. Please refer to our digital catalogue for more acoustic products.

Do you keep PET acoustic panels in stock?

Yes. All colors shown in our color card are available in stock. Please contact our sales team to confirm the available panel sizes and current stock quantities.

How many colors do you offer?

We offer 90 standard colors for PET acoustic panels and develop new colors every year in response to evolving market and design trends.

Can you manufacture custom-color PET acoustic panels?

Yes. We can develop custom colors based on a physical sample or color reference. Please contact our sales team to discuss the MOQ and sampling process.

What customization services do you provide?

We provide custom PET acoustic panel manufacturing services, including CNC cutting, V-grooving, U-grooving, printing, lamination, 3D forming and fabric finishing..

Can you manufacture PET acoustic products according to our drawings?

Yes. Send us your drawings, dimensions and expected quantity. Our team will review the design and recommend a suitable manufacturing solution.

Can you provide test reports and certificates?

Yes. We can provide relevant acoustic, fire-performance and material compliance documents. Please contact our sales team to get the documents you required.

Can you maintain consistent specifications for repeat orders?

Yes. For long-term and OEM customers, agreed specifications such as thickness, density/GSM, dimensions, surface finish and color can be recorded as the production standard for repeat orders. Please contact our team to confirm the specification and tolerance requirements for your project.

How do you control color consistency between different production batches?

We aim to maintain consistent color within the same production batch, with no obvious color variation. However, because our PET acoustic panels contain recycled fibers, slight color variations may occur between different production batches.

We control these variations within an acceptable range through our production and quality control process. For projects where color consistency is particularly important, we recommend ordering the required quantity from the same production batch whenever possible.

What is the density/GSM of your PET acoustic panels?

Our standard 9mm PET acoustic panel is approximately 1850gsm, 12mm PET acoustic panel is approximately 2400gsm, 24mm PET acoustic panel is approximately 3600gsm. Custom density/GSM can also beavailable.

What is the MOQ for standard colors and custom colors?

There is no MOQ for our standard stock colors. For custom colors, the standard MOQ is 600 sheets per color.Please contact our team with your required thickness, dimensions and color reference for confirmation.

How long is the lead time for stock and custom orders?

For standard PET acoustic panels available in stock, we can normally arrange shipment within 7 days after receiving the deposit.

For custom orders, lead time depends on the product type, specifications, quantity and processing requirements. Please send us your project details and our team will confirm the production lead time before ordering.
